ModelHub keeps personal settings small. Most employees have no Settings page at all; everything you can change lives in the header and at the bottom of the sidebar.

What each role can reach

Your hub role is shown as a badge under your name at the bottom of the sidebar. Settings pages are covered in the AgentHub docs: Roles and permissions.

Profile photo

The circle next to your name at the bottom of the sidebar is your avatar. It shows your initial until you upload a photo.
  1. Click the avatar. The Profile photo dialog opens (“Upload a picture to replace your initial in the sidebar.”).
  2. Choose an image: PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF up to 8 MB.
  3. Drag the photo to reposition it and use the slider to zoom (up to 4×). Arrow keys also move the photo.
  4. Click Save photo.
The photo is cropped to a circle and saved at 256 × 256 pixels. Use Choose a different image to start over, or Remove photo to go back to your initial. Errors you can see: “That file is not a supported image. Choose a PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF.”, “That image is larger than 8 MB. Choose a smaller file.”, “That image could not be read. It may be corrupt.” and “Could not render the crop. Try a different image.”

Your name and email

Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar to see the email you are signed in with and the Sign out option. Your display name comes from your account and cannot be edited in ModelHub. The chat greeting uses your first name, or the first part of your email address when no name is set.

Light and dark mode

The sun/moon button at the right of the header switches between light and dark mode (Switch to light mode / Switch to dark mode).

Organization and project

The switcher in the header shows your current organization and project.
  • Organization: lists every organization you belong to. Choosing one takes you to its first project.
  • Project: lists the organization’s projects. Choosing one takes you to that project’s chat.
Each project has its own connected models and its own conversation history. If a project shows “No models available yet”, switch to another project or ask an administrator to connect a model. The menus also show New organization (only to people allowed to create organizations) and New project. Creating a project requires an Owner or Admin role; anyone else sees “You do not have permission to create projects.” New projects start with no models, so they are of no use to employees until an administrator configures them in AgentHub.

End-to-end encrypted history

Your organization’s super admins can turn on end-to-end encryption for chat history. When it is on, the text of each new turn (your message, the answer, the title and any stored privacy values) is encrypted to your key and to your organization’s super admins’ keys before it is written. Only those keys can open it, and the private keys only exist unlocked inside a browser that knows the passphrase. CorePillar’s servers can write encrypted turns but cannot read them back. Turns written before encryption was turned on stay unencrypted. When encryption is on and this browser cannot read your history yet, a strip appears at the top of the chat.
Until you set a passphrase, new turns are encrypted to the super admins only, so you will not be able to reopen those conversations yourself. Set a passphrase as soon as you see the strip.

Setting a passphrase

  1. Click Set passphrase. The Set your encryption passphrase dialog opens.
  2. Enter a Passphrase of at least 12 characters and repeat it in Confirm passphrase.
  3. Tick I understand this passphrase cannot be recovered or reset.
  4. Click Create key.
Your key is generated in your browser and locked with the passphrase. The passphrase never leaves your device and CorePillar cannot see or reset it.
There is no recovery. If you forget the passphrase, your past chats can only be read by your organization’s super admins. You can set a new passphrase for future chats.

Unlocking on another device

On a new browser, the strip reads “Chat history is end-to-end encrypted — locked on this device.” Click Locked — enter passphrase, enter it, and click Unlock. Until you do, encrypted conversations appear in the sidebar as ”🔒 Encrypted chat” and their messages as ”🔒 Encrypted”. Unlocked keys stay in this browser’s storage until they are locked; signing out does not lock them. People with Settings access can lock their own browser from Settings → General → Lock this device. If you used a shared computer and have no Settings page, clear this site’s data in the browser afterwards.

Signing out

Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Sign out. You return to the sign-in page.

What you cannot change

  • Which models are available, and their keys. Administrators manage these in AgentHub’s Model Manager.
  • Your role or which organizations you belong to. See User Management.
  • Whether your email is approved to sign in. See Platform access.
  • Privacy screening. It is always on.
